A little about me—I grew up near Oshkosh, WI, and graduated from Mauston High School before earning degrees from the University of Wisconsin‐Baraboo/Sauk County and the University of Wisconsin‐Madison. Since 2005, I’ve called La Valle home, where I live with my husband Shaun, our children, three dogs, and a cat. When we’re not working, you’ll usually find us boating on Lake Redstone, taking motorcycle rides, or hosting family gatherings.

Community involvement is important to me. I serve as Co‐Chair of Distinctly Downtown Reedsburg and am a member of the Butterfest Committee. Supporting local businesses and helping make Reedsburg a great place to live, work, and play is something I truly enjoy and value.

Meet our Team:

Airika Fanta and her husband live with their daughter and son near New Lisbon. They have a small homestead with a garden and chickens. They are a busy young family participating in dance and Girl Scouts. Airika has taken on the role of co-leader for her local Girl Scouts troop and she takes care of all of our "behind the scenes" work!

Lark May lives near La Valle with their family and partner. They enjoy online gaming, watching movies and going to concerts. They have 3 dogs, 1 cat and 2 ferrets! Lark is working as our receptionist and taking care of all of our billing and claims.

Lisbeth (Libby) Desimone lives here in Reedsburg with her husband. Together they have 5 children, 7 grandchildren, 3 dogs and 2 cats. Libby's goal is to "protect Reedsburg one household at a time". She has a strong work ethic, a passion for customer service and loves being involved in her local community. Her family also loves fishing and boating and playing darts.

Nicole Lloyd is our newest team member! She lives in Reedsburg and has 11 years of insurance experience helping protect people across all 50 states. She grew up between Marquette and Washara counties, raised her family in Florida, and loves visiting her grandchildren and traveling. She holds the AINS designation from The Institutes and is working toward the AIC designation.

Norma Jean LeMoine lives outside of Reedsburg. She has 3 adult sons and loves spending time with her grandchildren. Norma is also a motorcycle enthusiast! She is the one who will be calling you to wish you a Happy Birthday and to set your policy review appointments.
