"Nicole is Bye far the worst representative to ever have for your insurance agent. I would pick a different office and a different representative to hold your policy. Her professionalism is rude and disrespectful. She will not go out of her way to help you in anyway. It is not considered fraud to write a letter to the bank of your mistake. You guys chose to keep a vehicle insured for a long period of time which we no longer owned and you chose to charge us every single month without stopping the payment if anybody is responsible of any type of fraud, it would be you. You didn’t even offer any way of reimbursement for the money that your company and your office chose to keep collecting on a vehicle that was no longer owned. You cannot realize your own mistakes. Nor can you show responsibility of your own actions it is not fraud, so get your facts straight. All we asked for was a letter of correction, and you were unable to be successful with that. You offered no way of reimbursement you chose to collect on a policy that the vehicle was no longer owned by anybody other than dealership after the trade in."
